ZBFB-1000 Transferring Laminating Desquamating & Coloring Machine

Application: The machine is a gantry type special equipment to laminate metal paper & paperboard and transfer, laminate, desquamate and color aluminizing paper.

Performance Features:
1.Unwinding of paper and base film adopt closed loop tension control. Winding adopts taper tension control.
2.Auto deviation rectifying devices are respectively set up in paper unwinding position and drying tunnel exit.
3.The drier adopts auto temperature control. Set up interlock circuit in exhaust air system and heating system.
4.Drying tunnel adopts heated air circulation heat drying, excellent heat-insulating property, low energy consumption and caloric uniformity. Adopt PID intelligent temperature control system and high precision of temperature control.
5.The complete machine driving adopts AC vector variable frequency control, use PLC programmable controller and digital control module for computer centralized control, man-machine interface touch screen operation and full digitalization integration central control.
