ZBFT-650 Dry Laminating Coating Machine

　Application: The machine is mainly for lamination of cold forming aluminum and laminating & coating of hot belt aluminum.

Performance Features:
1. The unwinding is driven by AC motor, closed loop tension control and manually adjust the deviation at back & front and right & left.
2. Coating is driven by AC frequency Conversion motor, floating roller tension detection and closed-loop control.
3. Before coating, adopt static eliminator and after coating, use glue uniform device. Coating quantization can be completed with pneumatic backpressure scraper and netting twine roller.
4. The drier adopts electrical heating hot air drying and cyclic utilization heat energy. Intelligent temperature control is in subsector. The upper cover cylinder is opened and set up security device.
5. The heat cylinder adopts electrical heating and PID intelligent temperature control. Set up regulating device in front and back of lamination part. The air cooling device is arranged in front of the lamination part.
6. Winding adopts center winding mode. Electrical motor winding and closed loop tension control.
7. Winding adopts pneumatic press roller pressure difference winding.
